Have the opportunity to work for a firm whose leaders helped pioneer the strategy, design, architecture, development, implementation and execution of the first Cloud Computing solutions to Enterprise clients.  This firm is a CRM and Cloud Computing Solutions Provider responsible for providing the strategy, design and delivery a full suite of CRM / Cloud Computing strategy and technology services to clients of all sizes, from 10-person start-up firms to global enterprises.



Serve as the CRM & Cloud Computing Business Analyst / Project Manager on several project engagements working with business users and clients to gather business requirements through workshops / JAD sessions to define and prioritize requirements. 

  • Will perform the analysis of current-state and design / recommend future-state business processes.

  • Clearly document specifications and leverage technical knowledge to translate requirements to system design. 

  • Prepare functionality specifications through use case analysis and use case design. 

  • Create and manage UAT execution of test plans.

  • Manage Training Plan and conduct end-user and system administrator training.

  • Assist Project Management with determining and managing to overall project goals, timelines, deliverables and success criteria.

  • Coach and mentor junior team members.

  • New York-based with ability to travel (usually less than 50%)

Requirements:

  • B.S. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, English or equivalent work experience.

  • Requires Cloud Computing ( SaaS / IaaS / PaaS / DaaS ) and or Customer Relationship Management – CRM ( Salesforce / SFDC – SugarCRM – SAP-CRM / SuccessFactors – OracleCRM / RightNow – Siebel  - Microsoft CRM / Dynamics ).

  • Requires a minimum of 2 years of experience working for a Management Consulting, Professional Services, reputable Consulting organization or Fortune 1000 company.

  • Requires a minimum of 3 years of Business Analysis or Systems Analysis experience with strong User Requirements Gathering, Specifications Documentation, and UAT – User Acceptance Testing

  • Strongly prefer Project Lead or Project Management experience leading small teams of 3 to 5 members or more.

  • Requires strong SDLC – Software Development lifecycle experience

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills

  • Excellent systems and business process modeling skills

  • Experience on both Iterative / Agile / Scrum and Waterfall development projects a plus

  • Any SFDC / Salesforce.com configuration and custom development experience or certification is a strong plus

  • Any experience with data integration tools and extract, transformation and load ETL tools Informatica – Ab Initio – InforSphere / DataStage – Pervasive / OWB Warehouse Builder – Talend – Aleri – Syncsort DMExpress
