Serve as the CRM & Cloud Computing
Business Analyst / Project Manager on several project engagements working with
business users and clients to gather
business requirements through workshops / JAD sessions to define and prioritize requirements.
- Will perform the analysis of current-state and design / recommend future-state business processes.
- Clearly document specifications and leverage technical knowledge to translate requirements to system design.
- Prepare functionality specifications through use case analysis and use case design.
- Create and manage UAT execution of test plans.
- Manage Training Plan and conduct end-user and system administrator training.
- Assist Project Management with determining and managing to overall project goals, timelines, deliverables and success criteria.
- Coach and mentor junior team members.
- New York-based with ability to travel (usually less than 50%)

Requirements:
- B.S. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, English or equivalent work experience.
- Requires Cloud Computing ( SaaS / IaaS / PaaS / DaaS ) and or Customer Relationship Management – CRM ( Salesforce / SFDC – SugarCRM – SAP-CRM / SuccessFactors – OracleCRM / RightNow – Siebel - Microsoft CRM / Dynamics ).
- Requires a minimum of 2 years of experience working for a Management Consulting, Professional Services, reputable Consulting organization or Fortune 1000 company.
- Requires a minimum of 3 years of Business Analysis or Systems Analysis experience with strong User Requirements Gathering, Specifications Documentation, and UAT – User Acceptance Testing
- Strongly prefer Project Lead or Project Management experience leading small teams of 3 to 5 members or more.
- Requires strong SDLC – Software Development lifecycle experience
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Excellent systems and business process modeling skills
- Experience on both Iterative / Agile / Scrum and Waterfall development projects a plus
- Any SFDC / Salesforce.com configuration and custom development experience or certification is a strong plus
