The Position:

We are seeking local candidates for an Account Manager/Technology Recruiter position within our growing company. You will be trained by seasoned executive recruiting professionals who will equip you with the necessary tools to succeed. We are looking for someone growth-oriented and creative, who is interested in a career in technology recruiting.


Example of Duties:

Account Management and Recruiting

  • Source, Recruit and Interview Candidates
  • Develop and implement recruiting plan to source top talent in market.
  • Gather leads, build relationships, make calls, arrange meetings, find clients
  • Screen and interview candidates for direct-hire and contract placement at client operations.
  • Conduct thorough reference checks on all applicants.
  • Manage consistent flow of candidates to ensure minimum production standards are being met and/or exceeded.
  • Refer qualified applicants to clients for position openings.
  • Document and maintain all candidate and client information in our applicant tracking system (Bullhorn).
  • Work directly with the Vice President to establish individual activity and result expectations.


Business Development

  • Develop and implement plan to generate new business opportunities in which to market and place candidates in direct hire positions.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions based on Talent Manger standard operating practices.
  • Monitor individual client expectations and implement appropriate service levels to meet and exceed clients needs.
  • Establish a daily and weekly business development schedule to reach individual production dollar objectives.
  • Work directly with VP to establish individual activity and productions standards monthly, quarterly and annually.


Skills & Experience:

  • Must have recruiting and/or sales experience. Phone sales experience a plus.
  • Technical recruiting experience preferred but not a must.
  • Business development/account management experience a plus. 
  • Possess strong negotiation skills and telephone sales skills.
  • Ability to develop strong rapport with all levels of client organizations, internal associates and management.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks to meet individual and business goals.
  • Experience with MS Word, Excel and/or similar software required.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Must have a passion for success and enjoy talking to people.
  • Must work well in a team-based environment under minimal supervision, but follow direction when necessary.
  • Willingness to research, be creative and keep current with industry information.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed. 
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications or related field.
