EiS is seeking people to join our EBS HCM consulting organization. We are looking for a Techno Functional Consultant with 3-5+ years’ experience in the Oracle EBS HCM area. The consultant will be required to design, develop, test and analyze software programs and applications. The candidate will need to be well versed in the Oracle EBS application technical tool set.

Skills

• Technical 70% and Functional 30%.
• Oracle EBS HCM (Core HR, SSHR, Payroll, OTL, Benefits, etc.) is strongly preferred.
• Oracle EBS HCM (Learning, Performance & succession management) will be a plus.
• Technical knowledge of PLSQL, forms, Reports, Workflow, etc.
• Flexible of adaptable in learning and understanding new technologies.
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with attention to detail
• Proven analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environment.
• Experience working both independently and in a team oriented environment.

Job Function

• Design, develop and implement technical extensions/enhancements to the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) modules for Core HR, SSHR, Payroll, etc.
• Create Technical/Functional solutions for customer business requirements.
• Prepare technical and functional documentation.
• Prepare test plans and test scripts.
• Work independently and across project teams to support customer’s business requirements.
