Senior C++ Software Developer Northrop Grumman Information Systems, a leading global provider of advanced solutions for its military, intelligence, civilian, state, local, and commercial customers, is currently seeking a C/C++ Developer to join our team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Candidates will also be responsible for the following: - Designing, developing, documenting, testing and debugging applications software and systems that contain logical and mathematical solutions - Conducts multidisciplinary research and collaborates with equipment designers and/or hardware engineers in the planning, design, development, and utilization of electronic data processing systems for product and commercial software - Determining computer user needs - Analyzing system capabilities to resolve problems on program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques and controls - Preparing operating instructions - Designing and developing, utility programs, operating systems, and compilers and assemblers - Ensuring software standards are met
To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below: - TS/SCI clearance with polygraph - Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent, documented combination of training and work experience - 9 years of OO software development experience - 5 years experience developing Windows applications using Visual Studio or .Net - 5 years experience developing software in C++ - Experience developing GUIs with Java or C# - Experience developing software following the full software development life-cycle - Experience with XPATH/XSLT, XML, Lib XML #2, JSON, and Google Protocol Buffers
