Title:                   Sr. Systems Analyst

Statement:         In this role, the candidate will support the MHA-C IT Support team by reviewing and maintaining all Physical Architecture (“PA”) diagrams and analyzing the impact of new development to existing applications and infrastructure.  Candidate will also be responsible for maintaining Autosys jobs and related calendars, creating scripts for ad hoc requests, and performing research and analysis on new IT Infrastructure related projects.  Analyst will also support SQL Server databases and maintain AD groups and IDs.
               
                        This role works closely with other IT resources and business users / customers and requires the following responsibilities:
               
                        -Review and maintain PA diagrams and present as required
                        -Analyze PA for completeness and inconsistencies.  If inconsistencies are found the candidate will be required to identify, correct the issue and explain results                         in both technical and layman’s terms
                        -Have working experience with Autosys jobs/jils and calendars
                        -Have working experience supporting MS SQL Server databases and have familiarity with industry best practices for MS SQl Server
                        -Must have experience creating and maintaining BAT scripts
                        -Must have experience supporting interfaces such as FTPS, SFTP, AS2 etc.
                        -Must have working knowledge of Security Certificates

Skill level:                Senior (7+ yrs)

Skills:                Role requires a bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable                         knowledge and skills may be acquired; and seven to ten years of experience in systems analysis.  Experience in application support role is a plus.
                        -Experience in Autosys is required
                        -Experience maintaining PA diagrams is required
                        -Experience with BAT scripting is required
                        -Experience in MS Visio, MS- Excel, and PowerPoint is required
                        -Experience in Application Windows and Unix Security is a plus
                        -Experience in supporting applications in Production is a plus
                        -Knowledge of SSIS, and SQL Scripting is a plus
                        -Excellent attention to detail
                        -Excellent written communication
                        -Team Player
                        -Prior Mortgage Industry experience is preferred
