Job Description:   RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

•Develop recruitment goals with managers based on hiring needs, transfers, promotions, salary requirements, and other employment issues, and maintains all supporting records and data, including applicant flow statistics for EEOC reporting.

•Screen, interview and prepare an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.

•Utilize strong labor market expertise to identify trends and leverage knowledge, data and competitive intelligence to develop customized/robust sourcing strategies that are creative and innovative.

•Execute against sourcing strategy and assess the productivity and results of various sourcing channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Employee Referrals).

•Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management; conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.

•Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits within Fiserv's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

 Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred. Work experience can be substituted.

Job Related Experience:

  • 5 plus years Recruiting/Sourcing experience

 Experience utilizing a variety of recruiting resources and approaches; including social media, research, cold calling, internet searches and networking.

Functional Area Skills/Knowledge

•Proficient with web based recruiting systems, internet tools, direct sourcing methods as well as MS Office.

•Excellent interview, assessment and selection skills.

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

•Ability to plan, organize, and schedule own work in order to complete multiple tasks within assigned timeframes.

•Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

•Must display a high level of proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel

 Preferred Qualifications:

•Experience in Financial Services industry is a plus.

•Experience recruiting software development and application support talent is a plus.

•Experience supporting multiple functions and business units

•Experience with Workday is a plus.
