The Project Manager’s role is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes coordinating the efforts of team members, the customer and third-party consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will be responsible for identifying and communicating changes in scope, tracking progress and communicating project status. The project manager is responsible for setting customer expectations and managing project execution to meet those expectations.
