Description of Work:

  • We are looking for a junior level recruiter to add to our recruiting team.
  • This position will develop and execute recruiting plans.
  • Actively recruit on a day to day basis.
  • Maintain records.
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting. 
  • Build networks to find qualified candidates. 
  • Post openings in newspaper advertisements, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues. 
  • Research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment. 
  • Use social/professional networking sites to identify and source candidates. 
  • Document/record all recruiting activity and results.
  • Manage the positons and resume searches using popular job portals such as DICE and MONSTER. 

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum knowledge, skills, abilities.

  • Effective oral and written communication skills. 
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.  
  • Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and outlook
  • Good Typing speed, organized, attention to detail 

Preferred Qualifications:

Candidates with these kills will be given preferential consideration.

  • Bachelors degree
  • Experience with recruiting/technical recruiting is a plus, but not a must
