Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant

Job Summary

Applied Resource Group is currently seeking a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant for a direct hire position for one of our Boston, MA clients. The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant will provide leadership, technical guidance and best practices.to clients across both public and private sectors. The primary responsibilities of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant will include but not be limited to installation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011. The ideal candidate will build functional requirements and design solutions to meet those business requirements. 

Responsibilities:

• The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant will be responsible for all design and technical documentation for the development of customized solutions for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011.
• Work with an Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant technical team lead to review, analyze and define requirements for new development or enhancements
• Analyze and design technical solutions for complex Microsoft Dynamics CRM business requirements.

• Provide leadership to Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consulting for MS CRM Installation, Role-based security definitions, Implementation, Configuration, maintenance and upgrades

Qualifications

The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant will have the following skills:

• 4+ years of experience with the MS Dynamics platforms CRM- Customer Relationship Management 4.0 and 2011
• Experience in Business Systems Analysis and documentation
• Prepare of functional specification for client customizations required for
• Installation and Configuration of MS Dynamics CRM 2011
• Experience providing testing, quality assurance, and written documentation
• Executive, Key Stakeholder presentation and leadership
• Mentor and train less experience team members
• Dynamics CRM certification is desired
• Experience in MS Sure Step Methodology strongly preferred
• Mostly Local Travel Required 50% to client locations based on client location.  (mostly Houston)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business field preferred
