Provide system support and reporting for various departments including Reporting, Account Management, Quality Improvement, Workforce Management, and call centers
•Design, build, and test multiple functionality points using complex data from various sources
•Identify programming requirements for development projects and support activities
•Provide system testing, ad hoc reporting, programming and ongoing support
•Gather business requirements for new client implementation and communicate to end users
•Prepare and document standard operating procedures and protocols
•Monitor operational and organizational changes, investigate how these changes will affect the current client reports
•Authorize, schedule, test, and implement all enhancements for reporting
•Use SSRS, VBA, or SQL programming to automate current reporting functionalities
•Provide reporting and analysis to end users
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience.
3+ years of systems analysis, systems support, or data analysis/reporting experience.
Experience with SQL programming.
