-Solicit business requirements by leading discussions and workshops with business partners as needed. 

-Partner with IT to translate business process requirements into system design requirements and provide business leadership of development efforts as needed.

-Analyze and monitor day to day system performance and data integrity metrics from a business viewpoint; lead resolution of issues as needed

-Lead the identification of continuous improvement opportunities, leveraging all platform stakeholders as needed. 

-Participate in development of long range system and data strategies and plans.


QUALIFICATIONS:

-Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance/Accounting, CIS (Computer Information Systems), Computer Science, MIS (Management Information Systems) or other Bachelors degree with related experience

-Hyperion experience preffered but will train for an otherwise outstanding candidate

-Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills

-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)

-Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills

-Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment

-Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment

-Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning from personal skill development standpoint and technology/industry perspective
