Top Source currently has an opening for an Account Manager with proven Business Development skills. We are a 16 year established IT consulting and staffing firm based in New York with extensive growth taking place.
We look to you to:
*Source and establish accounts while working with existing accounts, add company to vendor lists, generate good requisitions for contract, contract to hire and permanent positions (client server, database, networking, ERP, etc.);
*Work closely and systematically in house with highly experienced IT recruiters.
*Must understand importance of getting onto vendor lists.
*Present qualified candidates to hiring managers;
*Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates and close business while working with recruiters.
*Have a track record of success providing positive communication, proper account/client relationship management and be in constant relentless pursuit of new and repeat business.
