Top Source currently has an opening for a solid Account Manager with proven Business Development skills. We are a 16 year established IT consulting and staffing firm based in New York with extensive growth taking place.
We look to you to:
*Source and establish accounts, add company to vendor lists, generate good requisitions for contract, contract to hire and permanent positions (client server, database, networking, ERP, etc.);
*Work closely and systematically in house with highly experienced IT recruiters.
*Must understand importance of getting onto vendor lists.
*Present qualified candidates to hiring managers;
*Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates and close business while working with recruiters.
*Have a track record of success providing positive communication, proper account/client relationship management and be in constant relentless pursuit of new and repeat business.
