The HRIS Business Systems Analyst in this role will make an impact in areas across HR & Payroll, including new project work such as process reengineering, mobility, and enhanced reporting/analytics. This is an opportunity to work with the latest cloud based technologies.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field or equivalent experience.
3+ years of related experience.
Advanced knowledge of requirements gathering techniques, project management, and recruiting application and/or systems development methodologies.
In-depth understanding of HR, Talent Acquisition and Payroll functions related to business concepts, practices, and procedures.
Experience working in HRIS systems; Workday, is preferred.
Adept at designing and implementing technology-enabled HRIS related Enterprise solutions.
Experience in support role is a plus.
Strong configuration and design skills.
Advanced SQL query and data analysis/reporting experience.
Experience in other HR or ERP systems is a plus.
