Job Description

  • Oracle E-Business Human Capital Management (HCM) Consultant
  • Houston, TX

The Oracle E-Business Human Capital Management (HCM) Consultant is responsible for successful delivery of HR technology/process deliverables, particularly in Oracle E-Business HCM module, including implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of existing applications. This includes proven experience with Oracle E-Business ESS/MSS, Human Resources and Payroll modules. This role assists clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support of large-scale solutions. Experience with 12.x implementations and global roll-outs with multiple languages is required. This Consultant will also be involved in improving operational metrics, working on bid & proposal efforts, and business case development. He/she will provide functional knowledge & manage client relationships within context of individual role. Prefer candidates with 12.x experience, global experience, upgrade experience as well as experience implementing with other
Oracle E-Business items i.e., FastFormula, PLSQL. Fusion HR experience would be a huge plus as well. Candidates are required to travel 100%.

* Bachelor's Degree
* At least 3 years experience in Oracle E-Business HCM module configuration
* At least 1 year experience in Oracle E-Business 12.x implementations
* At least 1 year experience in Global projects with multiple languages
* Basic knowledge in Oracle E-Business modules, Human Resources, Manager/Employee Self Service, Payroll
* Readiness to travel Up to 4 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)
* English: Fluent

Preferred
* At least 5 years experience in Oracle E-Business HCM module configuration
* At least 3 years experience in Oracle E-Business 12.x implementations
* At least 3 years experience in Global projects with multiple languages
* At least 1 year experience in Oracle E-Business 12.x experience
* At least 3 years experience in Oracle E-Business modules, Human Resources, Manager/Employee Self Service, Payroll



NOTE: This role can be located in any large metropolitan US City.
