Interaction Design Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
* Take a holistic approach to interaction design across the site * developing and maintaining interaction standards
* Effectively and convincingly prepare design recommendations driven from competitive research, industry best practices, user research, and web analytics
* Outline the user experience of new features and play a key role in helping define corresponding feature requirements
* Evangelize User Centered Design to create designs that provide best in class user experiences.
* Rapidly develop user flows, wireframes, superior visual mock-ups, detailed high fidelity schematics, final design assets and functional specifications
* Conduct heuristic reviews of website and constituent interactions
* Work closely with eBusiness Portals, Marketing, and BU partners to design high quality digital interactions that drive user adoption rates for self-service features, retain members, increase revenue from online applications, and precisely communicate product features and benefits
* Understand various web technologies and have the ability to clearly storyboard ideas
* Understand data and analytics and turn them into design strategies to be used by our designers to drive ongoing web design/improvement
* Serve in a leadership role in the planning and development of web portal capabilities and interaction strategies

Candidate must posses:
* Ability to strongly influence cross-functional teams to elicit department/partner alignment to strategic objectives. Serve as a consultant to management
* Ability to serve as a change agent and influence behavior across departmental lines and at multiple levels
* The creativity and ingenuity needed to design interfaces that balance user needs with business/legal requirements
* A strong command of web standards, cross-browser compatibility, accessibility and various web-related optimization techniques
* Expert knowledge of graphic fundamentals, layouts, typography and web wire-framing
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in various states of completion, across various projects
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high through-put environment, often with aggressive timelines

*They will be working closely with the business and doing wire frames and if they have MOBIL EXP THAT IS A HUGE PLUS.

Consults and makes recommendations to management on significant issues.
Responsible for developing and implementing new business processes, products and/or solutions in conjunction with implementing new/existing customer service approaches and/or technologies.
Responsible for online services definition/delivery/adoption/usage and/or production management processes/products including day-to-day performance, accuracy, operation, understanding, support and maintenance
Plays lead role in the development, implementation, enhancement, utilization and knowledge of eBusiness products and/or production processes.
Analyzes, develops, optimizes workflow guidelines/policies/procedures and works to assure they are clearly communicated.
Recognized (by outside departments/ organizations) as eBusiness product or production management lead specialist/expert
Works independently and is looked to by others for extensive subject mater expertise, direction, and resolution of complex problems.
Knowledge encompasses entire scope of a technical discipline and has received recognition for development of one or more unique sub-specialties.
Highly developed health plan Business process knowledge in one or more of the following areas: customer acquisition, sales and employer/producer processes, membership installation, customer service, claims processing, health provider processes, medical management, data processing, content management (company leader- sets direction).
Advanced functional and Technical knowledge in one or more of the following areas: web tool/application/portal, electronic communication/collaboration, data exchange (EDI, HIPAA, direct), online navigation/publishing/interaction/access/use (company leader- sets direction).
Excellent communication skills
Excellent business analyst skills
Leader in the areas of business process and/or system analysis
Has solid understanding of applicable legislation/regulations and ensures team compliance.
A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of multiple areas of specialization; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways
Bachelors degree in business, healthcare or technology related field
