1. Project transition plan
2. Ensure timely migration
3. Assess checkpoints for staffing plan
4. Monitor / track transition costs
5. Develop and achieve program success metrics.
6. Responsible for reporting metrics on project timeliness, quality, and client satisfaction.
7. Coordinate and synthesize input from stakeholders to propose effective processes that solve existing problems
8. Track and monitor satisfaction and health of program.
9. Review and report budget, overall status, metrics, escalation & issues.
10. Work across various disciplines within the team as well as client teams.
11. Coordinate with offshore teams to identify and analyze issues related to project development and services.
12. Negotiate with resource managers for the best available resources.
13. Identify & review the teams training needs related to work and arrange for the same.
