• Tier III troubleshooting of existing customized XML conversion routines for IBM Watson Explorer o Tracing of individual examples of documents exhibiting unwanted behavior o Isolate and explain root cause of issue o Recommend remediation steps to correct issues o Engage Watson Explorer technical support to assist in the root cause analysis and correction of any issues as needed. o Participate in meetings as required • Development of new customized XML conversion code for IBM Watson Explorer o Review specifications of proposed configurations o Develop, unit test and deliver customized conversion code meeting reviewed specification o Review completed configurations with internal staff and provide detailed handoff instructions for deployment o Participate in meetings as required • Review of internally developed customized XML conversion routines for IBM Watson Explorer o Coach internal support staff in the development and troubleshooting and deployment of XML configurations for Watson Explorer • Development and customization of XML code for end user display output from IBM Watson Explorer o Review specifications of proposed configurations o Develop, unit test and deliver customized conversion code meeting reviewed specification o Review completed configurations with internal staff and provide detailed handoff instructions for deployment • Tier III troubleshooting of connector components for IBM Watson Explorer o Tracing of individual examples of documents exhibiting unwanted behavior o Isolate and explain root cause of issue o Recommend remediation steps to correct issues o Engage Watson Explorer technical support to assist in the root cause analysis and correction of any issues as needed. o Participate in meetings as required • Review, guidance and Tier III support for procedures for major version upgrades of IBM Watson Explorer o Coach internal staff on upgrade installation processes o Review release notes to identify any potential issues with deployment o Review customized configurations to proactively identify any conflicts that may occur as a result of the upgrade. o Assist with troubleshooting of any issues with customized configurations or performance caused by the upgrade.
