Essential Requirements:

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • Promote and exemplify QSI's Mission, Vision, and Values

  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite of products
  • Great character and trustworthy
  • Be a self-starter
  • Excellent communication and presentation(professional attire and appearance)
  • Ability to work in a very fast paced environment, managing multiple priorities

  • Demonstrate consistent ability to help teammates achieve the results they desire
  • Understand recruiting processes and procedures
  • Possess outstanding communication skills both written and verbal

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Identify, attract, assist with hiring, and retain IT professionals
  • Using tools like Linked-In, Monster, and Dice, locate potential candidates that could fit into the open positions we have available
  • Interview and evaluate candidates
  • Formatting of resumes for Talent Managers and Directors
  • Handle difficult to find candidate searches (passive candidates)
  • Maintain alumni relations
  • Maintain an inventory of candidates with different skill sets to meet our clients’ needs
  • Understand all internal talent management processes and procedures
  • Work independently and communicate candidate status with all parties on a daily basis
