Are you looking for a new and challenging Business Development role in South East. VajraSoft has an exciting opportunity for the right candidate.  VajraSoft is on the move and has been searching for a Focused, Energetic Business Development Manager who will part of growth story.  Our Business Development Managers are responsible for the sales growth in the market.

This position requires an aggressive sales individual that can execute a solid sales plan and meet goals and objectives. The primary responsibility is to help local corporations assess staffing needs and develop a partnership to execute a plan.

Experience with strategic planning and a proven track record will guarantee your success by bringing in new business and maintaining current accounts.
Develop business through a combination of methods that may include all or in part: research, lead generation, prospecting, networking and in-person appointments with new and inactive clients.

Generate leads through prospecting and cold calling, both in-person and via telephone and other electronic media such as social networking tools and techniques

Develop strategy for penetrating/layering within accounts.

Manage assigned territory in an organized and systematic fashion.        

A Bachelors Degree preferred, and a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in sales and staffing, or a combination of education and experience.
Staffing industry experience greatly preferred, but not required. 
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
