Successful candidates should have:
* A strong software development background with cumulative Java/JEE experience including Struts, Spring and Hibernate. * Cumulative Object-Oriented Programming experience including strong OOA and OOP. * Solid experience in Client and Server-side technologies. * Solid knowledge of Industry Standards, Frameworks, and Design Patterns. * Solid experience in database design and development. * B.S. or higher degree in MIS, Business, Computer Science or related area. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.
