But SOJ, go for the whole year, it's cheaper by the dozen.
"Your resume too, could be featured to every Desi non-job out there."
I'm thinking of spending the $20 and signing Birdman up, it would be worth it just for the joke.

Yea, it's worth it for one single reason:
You see who read your resume. When I was looking, I liked to see who was reading my resume, then, research their jobs. That way, I can get them on the phone if they passed me up.
Oh, and I think you supposedly get better rankings when your resume is searched.
I used it for a month.

I doubt that it is worth the money.
It does say something when Dice is looking for job applicants to help pay the bills. Dice along with most other web bulletin boards is becoming more and more useless as it is spammed by agencies. A precious few job ads are legitimate and in this dismal job market most companies that have openings simply don't have to advertise to fill them. Pursue the few true job openings and ignore the rest. Your chances of getting a job from a recruiter are slim and none along with that if you don't use recruiters then you won't be WASTING your time with needless phone calls and emails.

I won't waste money on the upsell from Dice. How the heck do we get jobs in this uneconomy ... someone we know in a company that's not hiring?
