BAD jobs Galore in Phoenix

If you see a job out there for Coventry Healthcare of AZ - Phoenix. (Operations)
Don't bother. Job Seekers BEWARE on this one - It is the WORST job you will get wrapped up in... It is one that needs to have the whistle blown on and exposed.
I was there 3 years and endured the worst beating of my life, with verbal abuse, psychological abuse, harassment, bullying, being talked down to all the time, constant monitoring by others and constant reprimands and corrective actions constantly for EVERY little thing. You also have to endure criminal inhumane treatment with no resolution for months on end.
(HR is useless too they will not do anything so don't bother complaining) Supervision is NIL and so is management. There is very little communications and absolutely NO teamwork among the others in your division.
You have no growth and nowhere to go. There is no escape save quitting this job or any way out.
This job can be classified as the dead end job.
I always thought that according to the law that abuse and harassment in the workplace was illegal.- IN AZ? Perhaps not...
However, in my 20 years of experience in Information Technology have never endured a position and a company with the POOREST management, and supervisors of a department I have ever worked. It is also the worst group I have ever seen or worked with as an IT professional. I have never seen such inability and constant flagrant abuse in any one company. I would NEVER suggest anyone get wrapped up in this job at all...
If you value professionalism and career choices this is ONE company I would definitely NOT do business as a potential employer or recommend anyone to either. (from one job seeker to another.)
No one for any amount of money should have to endure criminal abuse, with the intent to injure or cause harm to another. It happened and I am glad to be done with them.
